Day 1 photos. I can't believe myself! Although I've dropped down to where I'm at from around 200lbs, I've gained some weight back and am trying to get it off. I've tried several diets and different workout programs and have gotten bored so fast. I'm trying a new one and with this blog I have every intention of sticking it through! Can't wait to post my 30 day results to show my progress!
